My Personal Manifesto

Here is the personal manifesto I developed while working with my communications coach, Eleni Kelakos:
I am more than I am not.
I am strong, assertive, and capable. I am worthy. I am worthy of feeling accomplishment, praise, and confidence. I learn through mistakes, which enrich my worldview. I revel in being me. I deserve to be heard.
Doubt and fear do not define me. I am the only one who can define me. I am defined by my sharp insights and keen perception. I bring enthusiasm and positive energy to all interactions. I laugh. I care. I help. I do the best I can. I don’t have to be better, I just have to be me.
It is always enough to do right by me. I matter. I love myself just the way I am.
